Hiya, I'm Fibria.
UX/UI Designer based in the UK who loves turning complex problems into clear, accessible, human-centred design.
I didn't start out as a designer. I started out in IT.
Working as an IT specialist, I kept noticing the same thing — users were confused, not because they weren't capable, but because the platforms they were using were working against them. That was a design problem. Once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it.
Now I'm a UX/UI designer with 2–3 years of studio experience, working across research, accessibility, and end-to-end product design. I'm research-led by instinct before I open Figma, I want to know who I'm designing for and what's actually frustrating them, whether that comes from interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, or an hour on Reddit reading what real users say when no one's watching.
Growing up speaking Indonesian as my first language and now designing in English has taught me to be careful with words: to question whether something that seems clear to me is actually clear to someone else. That instinct carries into everything I design.
Outside of work I grow my own food, crochet colourful jumpers, read political books, and document my travels. I think variety in how you spend your time makes you a better designer.
